Cancelation policy?
Who in their right mind would want to cancel their order with GiGi's Bakery? "If you cancel last-minute, we can’t un-bake bread. We’ve tried. It just becomes… bread crumbs. And tears."
But if you must cancel... please read below:
Because each order is custom-planned and ingredients and supplies may be purchased in advance, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may receive a refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable deposit and costs already incurred for custom or personalized items.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the order date are non-refundable. Orders that have already been started, completed, or prepared are also non-refundable.
GiGi’s Bakery & Co. reserves the right to consider cancellations due to emergencies or exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
